Order Processing Time
After you receive your order confirmation email, we begin processing your order. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, during periods of high demand, it may take up to 72 hours to ship your order. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal service issues, including extended delivery times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@darnilestore.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to resolve the issue.
